If you break your arm and that arm does not heal right, you'll notice that it doesn't work the same way it used to. Other people may not notice it but you do.
Only until that arm and its injury are identified and corrected can it truly heal. In the same way, therapy can help you feel better and function at your optimal level.
As you work with me, we will identify those key areas in your life that may be creating obstacles to you being happy. As we work through those, we also focus on how to make living today more manageable.
In our first session, we get to know what has been bothering you and develop a guideline for how we will move forward as we work together.
In our second meeting will take a full inventory of the several issues and begin to examine the obstacles in your life.
In our third session, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that is specific to your needs.
There is no need to continue to go through what you’re going through alone. The frustration of trying to figure out what to do is overwhelming and leads to disappointment or aversion. Having someone that knows how to help can be the tiny change needed to truly start living life again.
